Every Aurum bracelet is designed to be adjusted for a comfortable, tailored fit by removing or adding links.
A complimentary sizing tool is included with every timepiece, allowing you to make adjustments at home. Alternatively, any local jeweller or watch specialist can professionally resize your bracelet with ease.
Care
Every Aurum timepiece is crafted from premium stainless steel and finished with a sapphire crystal for exceptional durability and lasting brilliance. While built for everyday wear, every fine timepiece deserves thoughtful care to preserve its original beauty.
Your watch is water resistant for everyday confidence, however we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to showers, swimming and high impact activities. To maintain its finish, avoid contact with harsh chemicals and abrasive surfaces.
For everyday maintenance, gently wipe your watch with a soft microfibre cloth. For long term preservation, we recommend the Aurum Preservation Kit.
Delivery & Returns
Every Aurum order is carefully packaged and shipped with full tracking, allowing you to follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
Australian Express orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed. Standard Australian delivery typically arrives within up to 1 week, while international orders generally arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination.
Should you wish to arrange a return, simply contact our customer care team via email and we’ll guide you through the process. Eligible returns must be sent back in their original Aurum box and packaging.
Warranty + 30 Day Assurance
Every Aurum timepiece is backed by a 24-Month International Warranty, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for complete peace of mind.
We also offer a 30-Day Assurance. If your timepiece isn’t the perfect fit, simply return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition, complete with its original box and packaging, for a refund or exchange.
